Orders
-Apopofkawaii.com does not process orders on weekends and Japanese National Holidays
-We provide three types posting services. Customer can choose from EMS, Regular International Mail, SAL(economy) International Mail. (*EMS will Only provide track & trace service.)
-All stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Japanese business days)
-Any orders with over 500 ml liquid-form items, and 500 g powder form will be shipped via SAL for customer regulation policy
Return and Cancellation Policy
-Apopofkawaii.com will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise inside of Japan within 7 days after shipment. However we do not accept on used or opened items.
-International orders cannot be returned in any condition. Thank you for understanding.
-Apopofkawaii.com will not take any cancellation.
