Return Policy

Apopofkawaii.com will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise inside of Japan within 7 days after shipment. However we do not accept used or opened items. *International orders cannot be returned in any condition. Thank you for your understanding.

Does www.apopofkawaii.com guarantee it’s product and services?

We endeavour to provide products in fresh and immaculate conditions. We also guarantee that your order will arrive in a safe and excellent condition. If for some reason your order arrives broken or damaged, please email us immediately and we will make do our best to replace the item or similar replacement.

We will do our best to make your special order. Please contact us by e-mail (info@apopofkawaii.com) include the name of the product, size, color and further information.

How much is sales tax?

We do not charge any sales tax.

Which country do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping to America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe (including UK, except Italy), Asia. However, we will only deal with English language. If you would like to order from other country please contact us (info@apopofkawaii.com)

How much does shipping cost?

All orders will be shipped directly from Japan, we offer three types of shipping:

Express Mail Service (EMS)

EMS receives the highest priority and will take between 2-5 days depending on location.

EMS is the ONLY service that provides track and trace services.

*Over 700g orders will be charged the same price as 700g.

Can we track & trace our shipment?

ONLY EMS provide this service.

Do I have to register to place an order?

We will only take orders once you register.

What if I forgot my password?

Please contact us via e-mail we will send you password within 24 hours.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We only take Paypal.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business day. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and all national holidays in Japan are processed on the following Monday. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you via email.

Are my transactions secured?

All of order will be using the Paypal system. Thus, it should be as secured as all major online retailers.
